We create prints using archival pigment inks on various papers from which we feel offer good tonal range along with long lasting archival qualities. We stock several fine art papers along with papers that have more of a photographic print look & feel. If you want a specific paper, that we don’t stock, we can special-order it for your prints. All prints come with a no-charge border.

• Proofs
Proofs are available on the same stock as the final print. A small 8x10 of the entire image or a 5" strip at 100%, up 24".
• Film Scans
Whether you have a transparency or a negative, we can have it converted to a digital file. We outsource film scans to an industry leader using only Heidelberg Tango drum scanners, the best in the business. This is only offered as a prepress service to our print making or retouching services.
• Retouching, Enhancement, Photo-Compositions & File Size Adjustment
If the file you have needs work to bring it into line for printing, with file size or color issues, we can help. We have been using Adobe’s Photoshop™ software for 15 years and offer extensive retouching and enhancement services. Removing and adding elements to an image, cleaning up facial skin, color & contrast balance, or bringing out more light and color from your images, are all services we offer. See samples.
• Black & White Conversion
Do you love B/W? We can convert a color image to a B/W while maintaining great contrast. Take it further by adding various secondary color tones, such as sepia.
We make very high resolution digital captures of flat artwork and weavings using a digital camera. Each piece of art is lit individually in order to record every nuance and detail. The same file can subsequently be made much smaller for use on a website, or converted to CMYK mode for postcards or magazine publishing. One proof (see above) is included in the fee.

• Fulfillment and Digital Storage
If you are having us make your print as part of an edition, we will archive the digital file for you, along with the proof, so that fulfillment of additional prints is as simple as a phone call. We can ship worldwide. We also can burn a CD or DVD, or post your file to our FTP site for you to download.
• Private Digital Consulting
We are available to help with learning about Photoshop, making a smooth and accurate workflow from your camera to your computer to your printer and having a better understanding of digital photography. Any level.

• Protective Coatings
Protective coatings, sprayed onto prints when dry, offer UV protection. Per square inch: .03
• Files: Files delivered (on a CD or uploaded to our FTP site) should be 300 dpi Tiff's at the desired size of the print, or you can have us change the resolution for an additional fee of $15. using Genuine Fractals™
• Print Pricing – Minimum Print Fee: $15.
(Please Note) When Pen & Ink or Pencil drawings (or any artwork that has a surface that hasn't been drawn upon) are photo-copied, that paper background will assume the very slight tone of the surface that your work has been done upon and will appear on the new print unless we digitally delete that tone. If you want the new print paper surface to replace the original paper surface, without any tone, we recommend that you have us correct this.

• Other Papers
We'll use any paper or substrate that you want & that we can run through our printers. There is an additional charge of $35. to create new profiles specific for that paper. The actual price for printing will depend on the paper itself.
